Im building a 99 using holley ecm. I can't figure out the starting circuit i know its the 12 gauge purple wire but not sure which wires to bypass nuetral safety switch.

95-01 Ford Explorer SUV or 02-04 Explorer Sport-Trac “pickup” 8.8 rear ends are a great swap and come with 31 spline axles, LSD and 3.73 - 4.10 gear ratios. Pretty much bolt right into s10 and can be found in every junkyard. Only difference is the 8.8 is wider than stock s10 rear ends. They don’t need to be shortened to fit but they can be if desired

Can you roll race with your TH400? I've heard people say different things, some people say not to go from 3-2 or 2-1 to come to a complete stop and others say just stay with light throttle

Following you, we have a 6.0 with the same cam in a 70 camaro. With a 3200 stall and it only 60' 1.8. So we are going to put a 4500 in it to see where that gets us. I see you didn't get much. I was surprised about that.

I thought putting 862/706 heads on a 6.0 would choke it bad, what’s to be gained when swapping from stock 317s to 706s
